Research Collective

Catalyst is launching a longitudinal study of inclusion in the workplace that will connect with large group of survey respondents called the Research Collective. We invite you to sign up to participate! To join, simply click the 'Register' link on the upper-right corner of the page and fill out our very short form.

By joining the Research Collective, you will provide firsthand insights into the challenges and opportunities related to achieving inclusion for all people at work.

INDIVIDUALS WHO JOIN WILL:

  • Help to create inclusive workplaces for themselves and others across gender, racial, and ethnic groups so that everyone can be recognized for their unique contributions.
  • Become part of a community interested in discussing issues related to workplace inclusion across gender, race, and ethnic groups.
  • Gain access to tips and proven strategies for success in the workplace.

ORGANIZATIONS THAT ENCOURAGE THEIR EMPLOYEES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE RESEARCH COLLECTIVE WILL BENEFIT BY:

  • Helping to shed light on relevant, actionable strategies and programs that can engender equal opportunity and inclusion in the workplace.
  • Learning how to harness diverse perspectives to maximize all talent and become a more innovative, productive company.

Members of the Research Collective will receive occasional invitations to participate in Catalyst surveys. All participant data will be kept strictly confidential, and no personally identifying information will be included in any report.
